Desirable

Experience working in a technology or cybersecurity company is a plus, as is familiarity with international employment law. What you'll do

In this role, you will provide comprehensive legal support to Zscaler's operations across EMEA, focusing on employment law matters. You will advise on employee relations issues, including disciplinary actions, grievances, and terminations, ensuring that all processes comply with applicable laws and regulations. You will also assist in the development and implementation of workplace policies and procedures that align with legal requirements and best practices.

You will collaborate closely with HR and management teams to provide guidance on employment contracts, benefits, and compensation structures. Your role will involve conducting legal research and analysis to stay updated on changes in employment law and their potential impact on the organization. You will also be responsible for training internal stakeholders on legal compliance and best practices in employment matters.

Additionally, you will manage relationships with external legal counsel and ensure that the company receives high-quality legal services. You will contribute to the development of strategies that promote a positive workplace culture while minimizing legal risks. Your insights will be invaluable in shaping the company's approach to employment law and compliance across the EMEA region.
