What you'll do

As Employment Counsel at Anthropic, you will advise the People team and managers on a wide range of U.S. legal matters, including compensation, benefits, performance management, and leaves of absence. You will implement and manage compliant employment programs that foster a culture of high performance aligned with Anthropic's values. Your role will involve crafting comprehensive written guidance and policies that simplify complex employment law concepts for technical and business stakeholders.
