Overview

Zscaler is hiring a Sales Engineer to support their cloud-native Zero Trust Exchange platform. You'll work on driving customer engagement and showcasing the agility of Zscaler's solutions. This role requires a strong understanding of cybersecurity and customer relationship management.

Who you are

You have a strong background in sales engineering, ideally with experience in cybersecurity solutions β€” you understand the complexities of cloud security and can effectively communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders. You thrive in a collaborative environment and are driven by a purpose to help customers achieve their digital transformation goals. Your ability to build trusted relationships with clients is key to your success in this role.

You are comfortable working remotely and can manage your time effectively to meet customer needs across different time zones. You possess excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, allowing you to articulate the value of Zscaler's solutions clearly and persuasively. You are proactive in seeking out opportunities to engage with customers and demonstrate the capabilities of the Zscaler platform.

Desirable

Experience in a sales or technical role within the cybersecurity industry is a plus, as is familiarity with cloud technologies and Zero Trust principles. You may have a background in IT or network security, which gives you a solid foundation to understand customer challenges and how Zscaler can address them. A passion for technology and a desire to stay updated on industry trends will help you excel in this position.

What you'll do

As a Sales Engineer at Zscaler, you will work closely with the sales team to understand customer requirements and demonstrate how Zscaler's solutions can meet their needs. You will conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations, showcasing the features and benefits of the Zero Trust Exchange platform.
