Oscilar is seeking a Sales Engineer to join their presales organization, where you'll serve as a technical resource to demonstrate the value of their AI Risk Decisioning™ Platform. This role requires strong technical skills and the ability to build trust with potential customers.

Who you are
You have experience as a Sales Engineer, ideally in the technology or financial services sector, where you've successfully collaborated with sales teams to demonstrate complex technical solutions to clients. Your ability to communicate technical concepts clearly and effectively is one of your key strengths, allowing you to build trust and rapport with potential customers. You are comfortable conducting product demonstrations and value assessments, showcasing how solutions can address specific customer needs. You thrive in a mission-driven environment and are motivated by the opportunity to make a positive impact in the digital world.
Desirable
Experience with AI technologies or risk management solutions is a plus, as is familiarity with the banking or fintech industries. You have a strong understanding of customer pain points in these sectors and can articulate how Oscilar's offerings can alleviate those challenges. A background in technical sales or presales engineering will help you excel in this role, as will a proactive approach to gathering customer feedback and collaborating with product teams for continuous improvement.
What you'll do
In your role as a Sales Engineer at Oscilar, you will become an expert on the company's product offerings, ensuring you can effectively communicate their value to potential customers. You will work closely with Account Executives to prepare for customer meetings, conducting thorough product demonstrations that highlight how Oscilar's AI Risk Decisioning™ Platform can solve common issues faced by banks, fintechs, and digitally native organizations. Your responsibilities will include conducting discovery sessions to understand customer needs, performing value assessments, and implementing proof of concept projects to showcase the platform's capabilities.
You will act as a liaison between the sales and product teams, providing valuable customer feedback that can inform future product iterations. Your role will require you to stay updated on industry trends and competitor offerings, allowing you to position Oscilar's solutions effectively in the market. You will also participate in training sessions and workshops to enhance your technical knowledge and sales skills, ensuring you remain a trusted advisor to your clients.
