Job Description

Who you are

You have extensive experience in information security engineering, particularly with thick client applications — you've designed and implemented security architectures that protect sensitive data and ensure compliance with industry standards. Your background includes working with cloud-native security solutions, and you understand the complexities of securing applications in a multi-tenant environment. You thrive in collaborative settings, where you can engage with cross-functional teams to drive security initiatives and foster a culture of security awareness. You are detail-oriented and possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to identify vulnerabilities and propose effective mitigation strategies. You are passionate about cybersecurity and are motivated by the challenge of staying ahead of emerging threats in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Desirable

Experience with Zero Trust security models is a plus — you understand the principles of least privilege and continuous verification. Familiarity with regulatory compliance frameworks such as GDPR or HIPAA will enhance your ability to contribute to our security posture. You have a proactive mindset and are always looking for ways to improve security processes and technologies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing security measures for thick client applications — you'll assess risks and develop strategies to mitigate them effectively. You will collaborate with software engineers and cloud architects to integrate security best practices into the development lifecycle, ensuring that security is a priority from the outset. You will conduct security assessments and penetration testing to identify vulnerabilities, providing actionable recommendations to the development teams. Your role will also involve monitoring security incidents and responding to threats in real-time, ensuring that our systems remain secure against evolving cyber threats.
