You have 5+ years of experience in product management, ideally within the technology or cybersecurity sectors — you understand the nuances of developing products that meet customer needs and drive business growth. You are a champion of innovation, with a proven track record of delivering high-impact solutions that resonate with users. Your collaborative spirit allows you to work effectively with cross-functional teams, ensuring that product development aligns with strategic goals. Desirable
Experience in cloud security or related fields is a plus, as is familiarity with agile methodologies and user-centered design principles. You are comfortable using data to inform decisions and can articulate complex ideas clearly to diverse audiences.
What you'll do
In this role, you will own the product roadmap for Zscaler's cloud security offerings, working closely with engineering, design, and marketing teams to bring innovative features to market. You will conduct user research to identify pain points and opportunities, translating insights into actionable product strategies. Your responsibilities will include defining success metrics, managing stakeholder expectations, and leading product launches that drive user engagement and satisfaction.
