You have 5+ years of experience in product management, particularly in building and managing developer-friendly platforms. Your technical fluency allows you to engage deeply with engineering teams, ensuring that the products you manage meet both user needs and technical requirements. You are passionate about innovation and have a strong understanding of how to leverage AI and machine learning to enhance product capabilities. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working with cross-functional teams to drive product success.
You possess a solid understanding of API integrations and have experience in defining and driving product roadmaps. Your analytical skills enable you to make data-driven decisions, and you are comfortable using metrics to assess product performance and guide future development. You are adept at stakeholder management, ensuring that all parties are aligned and informed throughout the product lifecycle. You are also committed to championing best practices in product development, focusing on reliability and scalability.
Desirable
Experience in the automotive industry or with cloud-native platforms is a plus. Familiarity with agile methodologies and tools will help you navigate the fast-paced environment at Tekion. What you'll do
As a Senior Product Manager at Tekion, you will define and drive the roadmap for key initiatives within the Integration Platform Team. You will work closely with engineering teams to develop core platform modules that facilitate seamless API connections and integrations. Your role will involve championing AI-driven integrations that automate workflows and enhance data intelligence across the automotive retail ecosystem. You will lead user research efforts to understand customer needs and pain points, translating these insights into actionable product features.
You will collaborate with various stakeholders, including product designers and engineers, to ensure that the products you manage are user-friendly and technically robust. You will also be responsible for defining success metrics for your initiatives, tracking performance, and iterating on product features based on user feedback and data analysis. Your leadership will help foster a culture of innovation and continuous improvement within the team.
