What you'll do

As the Senior Director of Product Management for Billing at Zuora, you will define the product vision and roadmap for our flagship billing capabilities — this includes overseeing features like rating, invoicing, and subscription management. You will lead a team of product managers, ensuring that our billing solutions remain flexible, scalable, and innovative.

You will collaborate closely with engineering and design teams to drive product development and ensure alignment with market needs — your role will involve regular engagement with customers to gather feedback and iterate on product features. You will also work with finance leaders to integrate billing with broader financial systems, enhancing operational efficiency.

Your responsibilities will include driving innovation in usage-based and consumption models, as well as implementing AI-driven billing automation — you will be at the forefront of transforming how subscription businesses operate and scale.
