Brex is hiring a Senior Manager for Business Development to drive growth of their Embedded Finance platform. You'll be responsible for originating, launching, and scaling partnerships that enhance corporate card spend. This role requires strong strategic and negotiation skills.
You have 5+ years of experience in business development or a related field, with a proven track record of driving growth through strategic partnerships. Your expertise in negotiation and cross-functional leadership allows you to effectively manage the partner lifecycle and collaborate with various teams.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are comfortable exploring new verticals and market opportunities. Your analytical mindset helps you identify and capitalize on embedded distribution models that can lead to significant revenue growth.
As a Senior Manager in Business Development at Brex, you will lead efforts to expand the Embedded Finance platform by identifying and establishing partnerships with key players in the industry. You will work closely with infrastructure and application partners to drive non-linear growth in corporate card spend.
Your role will involve developing and executing strategies for sourcing and negotiating partnerships, ensuring alignment with Brex's overall business objectives. You will also be responsible for leading cross-functional teams throughout the partner lifecycle, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing collaboration.
