You are an experienced language professional with a strong understanding of Korean (Korea) and its nuances. You have a keen eye for detail and a commitment to producing high-quality translations that meet project guidelines. Your background in reviewing and refining customer service content makes you an ideal candidate for this role. You are familiar with machine translation and understand the importance of ensuring accuracy and natural language in translated materials.
You possess the ability to evaluate machine translation output quality and apply severity ratings when necessary. Your experience allows you to identify recurring quality issues and trends, contributing to the overall improvement of the translation process. You are comfortable following style guides, tone rules, and terminology requirements to maintain consistency across all content.
In this role, you will edit and review machine-translated customer service content, ensuring a high level of accuracy and consistency. You will evaluate the quality of machine translation output and apply severity ratings as required, following the established project guidelines. Your contributions will include producing high-quality human translations that serve as reference data for model training and quality evaluation. You will also identify and report recurring quality issues and batch-level trends to help improve the overall translation process.
This position offers an hourly rate of $30.00, reflecting the value of your expertise in language services. You will have the opportunity to work on an ongoing project that focuses on enhancing customer service content for Korean-speaking audiences.
