Experience in urgent care or telemedicine is a plus, as is familiarity with digital health platforms. A collaborative spirit is essential, as you will work closely with a team of healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care for patients.
In this role, you will provide virtual urgent care services to patients through messaging and phone consultations. You will assess patient needs, diagnose conditions, and develop treatment plans while leveraging Oscar's digital platform. Your responsibilities will include conducting follow-up appointments, managing patient inquiries, and ensuring continuity of care. You will also have the opportunity to contribute to the development of innovative care models that enhance the virtual healthcare experience.
You will work full-time, with shifts from 1pm to 11pm EST, including one weekend requirement per month. Your role will involve collaborating with the Medical Director and other team members to refine care delivery processes and improve patient satisfaction.
