In this role, you will provide telemedicine services to patients through Oscar's platform, delivering care via messaging and phone consultations. You will be responsible for diagnosing and treating a variety of conditions, ensuring that each patient receives personalized attention and care. You will work closely with the Medical Director and other team members to refine and improve the virtual care experience. Your schedule will include shifts from 7am-5pm ET or 1-11pm ET, with a requirement to work three weekends per month. You will engage with patients to understand their needs and provide appropriate medical advice, all while maintaining a high standard of care.
