Crusoe is hiring a Senior Compensation Partner to provide strategic compensation support across the organization. You'll work closely with leadership to enhance job architecture and pay programs. This role requires strong analytical skills and experience in compensation strategies.
You have a strong background in compensation management, with at least 5 years of experience in a similar role. You understand the intricacies of job architecture and pay programs, and you are adept at linking pay to performance while ensuring internal equity. Your proactive nature allows you to thrive in fast-paced environments, and you enjoy mentoring others, particularly junior analysts in the compensation space.
You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to partner effectively with leaders, recruiters, and the People team. You are data-driven and can leverage analytics to inform compensation strategies that attract and retain top talent. Your ability to navigate complex organizational structures and provide thought partnership to senior leadership is a key strength.
As a Senior Compensation Partner, you will facilitate the evolution of Crusoe’s job architecture and pay programs. You will become an expert on the job architecture framework and collaborate with business stakeholders to ensure it evolves with the organization. Your role will involve streamlining compensation processes and ensuring alignment with market data to maintain competitiveness.
You will support the People team in providing role and level clarity, effectively linking pay to performance, and facilitating career progression for team members. This hands-on role will require you to analyze compensation data, develop recommendations, and present findings to leadership. You will also mentor a Compensation Analyst, guiding them in their professional development and ensuring they contribute effectively to the team.
