You are an experienced language professional with a strong background in translation and quality assurance. You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring linguistic accuracy and natural language in customer service content. Your expertise in Thai (Thailand) language nuances allows you to identify and rectify systemic machine translation quality issues effectively.
You possess the ability to conduct thorough second-pass quality reviews, ensuring that all content aligns with project guidelines and quality standards. Your experience enables you to validate and calibrate severity assessments, contributing to the overall improvement of translation quality. You are proactive in identifying recurring error patterns and terminology inconsistencies, providing valuable feedback that drives continuous improvement efforts.
In this role, you will conduct quality reviews of Thai (Thailand) customer service content, focusing on machine-translated materials. You will ensure overall linguistic accuracy and consistency across batches, validating severity assessments to maintain alignment with quality standards. Your responsibilities will include identifying systemic machine translation quality issues, such as tone mismatches and terminology inconsistencies, and providing high-level qualitative feedback that contributes to final quality reporting.
