Brex is hiring a Director of Enterprise Sales to lead a team of Account Executives in driving new customer acquisition. This role requires strong leadership in a complex sales environment.

What you'll do

As the Director of Sales for our Enterprise segment, you will lead a team of approximately five Account Executives focused on acquiring new customers in our most strategic segment. You will be responsible for scaling disciplined execution and ensuring deal quality in a highly complex environment. Your role will involve coaching your team through multi-threaded sales cycles, providing guidance and support to help them excel. You will partner with other departments to align strategies and unlock new opportunities for growth. Your leadership will be critical in driving the company’s bottom line and expanding existing relationships.
