What you'll do

At SonderMind, you will practice psychiatry with the freedom to choose your schedule and work environment. You will receive guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions, including no-shows, while we manage all billing and credentialing processes. You will have access to qualified patient referrals through our provider directory and marketing efforts, ensuring a steady stream of clients. You will also benefit from clinical support, including weekly office hours with our Medical Director and peer consultation opportunities. This role allows you to maintain complete clinical autonomy while we take care of operational support, including scheduling assistance and secure telehealth platforms.
