Adyen is seeking a Senior Technical Recruiter to enhance their leadership team in EMEA. You'll manage full-cycle recruiting for senior roles and partner with stakeholders to improve hiring practices. This role is based in Amsterdam and requires significant experience in recruitment.

Who you are

You are an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and hiring senior leadership talent across various domains including technology and operations. You have a proven track record of performing full-cycle recruiting, from intake meetings to offer negotiations, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience throughout the process. Your ability to consult and advise senior hiring stakeholders on effective hiring practices sets you apart, as you understand the nuances of attracting top talent in a competitive market.

What you'll do

In this role, you will take charge of the full-cycle recruiting process for senior leadership positions within Adyen. This includes conducting intake meetings with hiring managers to understand their needs, sourcing candidates through various channels, and leading interviews to assess their fit for the organization. You will also be responsible for facilitating debriefs with hiring teams and negotiating offers to secure top talent.

As a true business partner, you will consult with senior stakeholders, providing insights and guidance on successful hiring practices. Your role will involve actively contributing to the employer brand by engaging with potential candidates and promoting Adyen's culture and values. You will also work closely with the global HR team to implement best practices and improve recruitment processes, ensuring that Adyen remains competitive in attracting the best talent in the industry.
