You are an experienced Technical Recruiter with a strong background in sourcing and hiring senior leadership talent across various domains including technology and operations. You have a proven track record of performing full-cycle recruiting, from intake meetings to offer negotiations, ensuring a high-touch candidate experience throughout the process. Your ability to consult and advise senior hiring stakeholders on effective hiring practices sets you apart, as you understand the nuances of attracting top talent in a competitive market.

In this role, you will take charge of the full-cycle recruiting process for senior leadership positions within Adyen. You will also be responsible for facilitating debriefs with hiring teams and negotiating offers to secure top talent.
As a true business partner, you will consult with senior stakeholders, providing insights and guidance on successful hiring practices.
