Vibe is hiring an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to help build and scale their enterprise pipeline. You'll focus on proactive outbound prospecting and maintaining relationships with high-potential brands and agencies. You are comfortable working closely with Account Executives to execute account strategies and prioritize based on intent signals. In this role, you will be responsible for building and scaling Vibe's enterprise pipeline through proactive outbound prospecting. You will take ownership of inbound enterprise leads as a high-priority secondary motion, ensuring that every interaction is meaningful and context-driven. Your focus will be on creating new conversations with potential clients, maintaining a strong pool of warm accounts, and ensuring that every meeting booked is well-prepared and aligned with client needs.
You will collaborate closely with Account Executives to execute account strategies, utilizing your understanding of intent signals to prioritize opportunities effectively. Your hands-on approach will be crucial in keeping enterprise opportunities moving forward, and you will take pride in disciplined sales processes that consistently turn conversations into revenue. As part of a small, high-performing team, you will contribute to Vibe's goal of becoming a category leader in CTV innovation.
Vibe offers a competitive base salary of $65,000 annually, with additional variable compensation based on performance. You will enjoy unlimited PTO to recharge and reset, along with paid parental leave for both maternity and paternity.
