In this role, you will practice psychiatry with the support of SonderMind, which handles all the business aspects such as billing and credentialing. You will have the opportunity to see patients without the stress of managing overhead costs or staff. Your responsibilities will include conducting patient assessments, developing treatment plans, and providing ongoing care while maintaining complete clinical autonomy.
You will have access to weekly office hours with the Medical Director for clinical support and peer consultation opportunities. You will also have the flexibility to choose your practice model, whether that be office-based, telemedicine, or a hybrid approach. Your focus will be on delivering high-quality psychiatric care while SonderMind manages patient acquisition and operational support.
SonderMind provides guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions, including compensation for no-shows. You will benefit from free credentialing with major insurers, including exclusive access to Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans. The company also offers assistance in securing your own location for in-person sessions, connecting you with other clinicians looking to share space. This opportunity allows you to practice psychiatry without the financial risks and administrative complexities of traditional private practice, enabling you to focus on what you do best—caring for your patients.
