Block is hiring a Strategic Account Manager to manage relationships with large sellers in the Food and Beverage vertical. You'll focus on establishing, retaining, and growing Square's most valuable sellers. This role requires a strong customer-facing background.
You are a seasoned customer-facing professional with a proven track record in managing relationships with large clients. Your experience in the Food and Beverage vertical has equipped you with the skills to understand complex operations and provide tailored solutions that drive growth. You excel in establishing trust and rapport with clients, ensuring their needs are met while aligning with company goals.
You possess strong analytical skills, allowing you to assess client performance and identify opportunities for improvement. Your ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders ensures that you can advocate for your clients while also representing the interests of Square. You are proactive in your approach, always looking for ways to enhance the client experience and deliver value.
In this role, you will manage relationships with some of Square’s largest sellers, focusing on the Food and Beverage vertical. You will establish, retain, and grow these accounts by understanding their unique needs and challenges. Your responsibilities will include developing strategic plans to enhance client engagement and satisfaction, as well as identifying opportunities for upselling and cross-selling Square’s integrated solutions.
You will collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure that client feedback is incorporated into product development and service enhancements. Your role will involve regular communication with clients to provide updates, gather insights, and ensure that they are leveraging Square’s tools effectively. You will also analyze performance metrics to track client success and report on progress to senior management.
