You are an experienced language professional with a strong background in reviewing and refining customer service content. Your expertise in Swedish (Sweden) allows you to ensure that machine-translated materials are accurate and natural, aligning with project guidelines. You have a keen eye for detail and can identify systemic quality issues, including tone mismatches and terminology inconsistencies.
You possess the ability to conduct second-pass quality reviews, ensuring overall linguistic accuracy and consistency across batches. Your experience enables you to validate and calibrate severity assessments, maintaining alignment with quality standards. You are committed to providing high-level qualitative feedback that contributes to final quality reporting and continuous improvement efforts.
In this role, you will support an ongoing project focused on reviewing Swedish customer service content.
