Brex is hiring an Expansion Account Executive to manage high-value accounts in the Enterprise and Upper Mid-Market segments. You'll focus on business expansion and client success. This role requires strong strategic influence and consultative engagement skills.

You have a proven track record in sales, particularly in managing enterprise-level accounts — your experience has equipped you with the skills to foster strong client relationships and drive business growth. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with cross-functional teams to ensure client success and satisfaction. Your strategic mindset allows you to identify opportunities for expansion and effectively communicate the value of Brex's offerings to clients. You are comfortable navigating complex sales processes and have a knack for consultative selling, ensuring that you understand client needs and tailor solutions accordingly.

Desirable

Experience in the fintech or SaaS industry is a plus, as it gives you a deeper understanding of the challenges and opportunities faced by businesses in these sectors. Familiarity with AI-powered solutions and corporate spend management will enhance your ability to engage with clients effectively. You are a strong communicator, able to articulate complex concepts in a clear and compelling manner, and you possess excellent negotiation skills that help you close deals successfully.

What you'll do

As an Expansion Account Executive, you will own a portfolio of high-value accounts, focusing on the Enterprise and Upper Mid-Market segments.
