What you'll do

In this role, you will practice psychiatry with the freedom of private practice while SonderMind manages the business aspects. You will receive qualified patient referrals directly, ensuring a steady flow of clients. You will have the opportunity to work with a supportive team, including weekly office hours with a Medical Director and peer consultation opportunities. You will maintain complete clinical autonomy while benefiting from operational support, including scheduling assistance and secure telehealth platforms. You will also have the flexibility to choose your working hours and practice environment, whether that be office-based, telemedicine, or a combination of both.
