Headway is hiring an Associate Principal in Business Development to support and expand care partnerships across the US. You'll work cross-functionally with internal teams to connect patients with a high-quality behavioral health network. This role requires experience in business development and partnership management.
You have a strong background in business development, ideally with experience in healthcare or technology sectors. You understand the importance of building partnerships and have a track record of successfully managing relationships with external stakeholders. Your communication skills are top-notch, allowing you to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and convey complex ideas clearly.
You are passionate about mental health and understand the challenges faced by both providers and patients in accessing care. You are driven by a mission to improve healthcare systems and are eager to contribute to innovative solutions that make a difference in people's lives.
In this role, you will be responsible for supporting the growth of Headway's care partnerships across the United States. You will work closely with internal teams, including Strategy, Product, and Operations, to identify and onboard new care partners. Your efforts will help expand Headway's network of providers, ensuring that more patients can access the mental health care they need.
You will also deepen existing partnerships by engaging with health systems and medical organizations, fostering strong relationships that enhance collaboration and service delivery. Your role will involve analyzing partnership performance and identifying opportunities for improvement, ensuring that Headway continues to meet the needs of its partners and patients effectively.
