You are a licensed psychiatrist looking to focus purely on clinical care without the burdens of business management. You appreciate the freedom of private practice but want to avoid the financial risks and administrative complexities that often come with it. You are interested in a flexible work model that allows you to choose your schedule and practice environment, whether that be office-based, telemedicine, or a hybrid approach.
You value clinical excellence and autonomy, wanting to maintain control over your practice while benefiting from the support of a structured organization. You are open to both full-time and part-time contract positions, and you are eager to connect with a network of other clinicians for peer consultation and support.
At SonderMind, you will practice psychiatry with the freedom to focus on your patients. You will receive guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions, including no-shows, as we handle all billing at no charge to you. You will benefit from streamlined credentialing with major insurers, including exclusive access to Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans. Our marketing efforts will deliver qualified patient referrals directly to you, allowing you to build your practice without the hassle of business development.
You will have the flexibility to choose your practice model, whether that be in-person, telehealth, or a combination of both. You will maintain complete clinical autonomy while we manage patient acquisition, scheduling assistance, and operational support. This role is ideal for those looking to supplement their current practice or seeking a more flexible work-life balance.
SonderMind provides a supportive environment where you can thrive as a clinician. You will have access to weekly office hours with our Medical Director and opportunities for peer consultation. We handle all administrative burdens, allowing you to focus on what you do best—providing excellent patient care. You will have the opportunity to work with a network of other clinicians and share resources, including office space if needed. This position offers competitive compensation, with pay rates based on your provider license type and session types, reaching up to $296 per hour.
