You are an experienced language professional with a strong background in translation and quality assurance. Your expertise in Dutch (Netherlands) language nuances allows you to refine machine-translated materials effectively. In this role, you will conduct second-pass quality reviews to ensure overall linguistic accuracy and consistency across batches of customer service content. You will validate and calibrate severity assessments to maintain alignment with quality standards, identifying systemic machine translation quality issues, including recurring error patterns and tone mismatches. Your high-level qualitative feedback will directly contribute to final quality reporting and continuous improvement efforts, ensuring that the content meets the expectations of both the company and its customers.
