You are a skilled and passionate Lead Barista with experience in creating a warm and inviting atmosphere in a cafe setting. Experience in a leadership role within a cafe or coffee shop is a plus. Familiarity with coffee sourcing and preparation methods will enhance your ability to educate customers and team members alike.
