SonderMind provides a unique opportunity for psychiatrists to practice without the typical overhead costs associated with private practice. You will receive guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions, including no-shows, and we will handle all billing at no charge to you. Our model allows you to maintain complete clinical autonomy while we take care of patient acquisition and scheduling assistance. You will also have the opportunity to connect with other SonderMind clinicians for shared office space if needed.
