HOVER is seeking an Executive Assistant to support the VP of Business Operations & Growth. You'll help streamline operations and enhance organizational clarity. This role requires strategic thinking and proactive problem-solving skills.

Who you are

You are a strategic and proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in fast-moving environments. You understand what excellent executive partnership looks like and can help shape the standard for how EAs operate and add value across HOVER. You anticipate needs before they surface and bring structure to ambiguity, ensuring that the VP of Business Operations & Growth can focus on high-impact initiatives. You care deeply about the people and teams you support, building trust quickly and serving as a reliable presence throughout the organization.

You have experience in providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality is paramount. You are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You are comfortable working with various stakeholders and can adapt to changing priorities with ease.

What you'll do

In this role, you will amplify the impact of the VP of Business Operations & Growth by managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and preparing necessary materials. You will coordinate travel arrangements and ensure that all logistics are handled smoothly. You will also assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, contributing to the overall efficiency of the business operations team. Your proactive approach will help identify areas for improvement and streamline processes within the organization.
