You have experience in providing high-level administrative support, managing schedules, and coordinating meetings. Your ability to communicate effectively and maintain confidentiality is paramount. You are detail-oriented and possess strong organizational skills, allowing you to manage multiple tasks efficiently. You are comfortable working with various stakeholders and can adapt to changing priorities with ease.

What you'll do

In this role, you will amplify the impact of the VP of Business Operations & Growth by managing their calendar, scheduling meetings, and preparing necessary materials. You will coordinate travel arrangements and ensure that all logistics are handled smoothly. You will also assist in the preparation of reports and presentations, contributing to the overall efficiency of the business operations team. Your proactive approach will help identify areas for improvement and streamline processes within the organization.

You will serve as a liaison between the VP and other departments, ensuring clear communication and collaboration across teams. Your ability to manage projects and follow up on action items will be crucial in driving initiatives forward.
