What you'll do

At SonderMind, you will practice psychiatry while we take care of the business side. You will receive guaranteed bi-weekly pay for completed sessions, including no-shows, and we will handle all billing at no charge to you. You will benefit from streamlined credentialing with major insurers, including exclusive access to Medicare and Medicare Advantage plans. You will receive qualified patient referrals through our provider directory and marketing efforts, allowing you to focus on what you do best—providing clinical care. You will have the opportunity to participate in weekly office hours with our Medical Director and engage in peer consultation opportunities. You will maintain complete clinical autonomy while we manage patient acquisition, scheduling assistance, and operational support.
