Moss is hiring a Business Development Representative to expand their customer base in Germany. You'll engage with CFOs and finance leaders, utilizing various outreach and sales techniques. This role requires initial experience in a sales-related position and fluency in German.
You have initial experience in a sales-related role, focused on cold acquisition — you've engaged with potential customers and understand the importance of building relationships in a sales context. Fluency in German (C2) is essential, allowing you to communicate effectively with finance professionals in Germany. You are driven by impact and growth, eager to learn and excel in your role. Your ability to conduct thorough market research will help you identify new potential customers and opportunities for Moss. You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with Account Executives and the Marketing team to support the full sales cycle.
In this role, you will be instrumental in expanding Moss' customer base in Germany — you'll create opportunities with CFOs and finance leaders, generating interest in the Moss solution through a multi-thread and channel approach. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include conducting market research to identify new potential customers and ensuring all customer data is recorded accurately. You will work with others to continuously optimize commercial processes, improving each stage of the funnel's conversion rates. Collaborating with Account Executives and the Marketing team, you will support the full sales cycle, gaining a thorough understanding of the individual pipeline. Your contributions will be vital in paving the way for Moss' continued success in the market.
