Headway is hiring a Senior Technical Recruiter to help build R&D teams that will drive the next stage of growth. You'll partner closely with various leaders to shape hiring strategies and ensure an exceptional candidate experience.
You have significant experience in technical recruiting, ideally with a focus on engineering and product roles. You understand the nuances of hiring for technical positions and can effectively communicate the value of the company to potential candidates. Your ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike sets you apart, as you are seen as a trusted advisor in the recruitment process.
You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are adept at managing multiple searches simultaneously.
