Welocalize is seeking a Korean Translation Quality Reviewer to improve machine-translated customer service content. This role involves conducting quality reviews and providing feedback to enhance accuracy and consistency.
You are an experienced language professional with a strong background in translation and quality assurance. You have a keen eye for detail and a passion for ensuring linguistic accuracy and natural language in customer service content. Your expertise in reviewing machine-translated materials allows you to identify and rectify systemic quality issues effectively. You understand the importance of aligning content with project guidelines and maintaining high standards of quality. Your ability to provide constructive feedback contributes significantly to continuous improvement efforts.
In this role, you will conduct second-pass quality reviews to ensure overall linguistic accuracy and consistency across batches of Korean customer service content. You will validate and calibrate severity assessments to maintain alignment with quality standards, identifying systemic machine translation quality issues, including recurring error patterns, tone mismatches, and terminology inconsistencies. Your high-level qualitative feedback will directly contribute to final quality reporting and ongoing improvement initiatives, ensuring that the content meets the expectations of the target audience.
Welocalize offers a competitive hourly rate of $37.50 for this ongoing project.
