You have a strong background in sales, particularly in technology or AI, with a proven track record of managing key accounts and driving revenue growth. Your ability to understand complex technical concepts allows you to effectively communicate the value of AI solutions to clients. You thrive in collaborative environments, working closely with engineers and researchers to tailor solutions that meet customer needs. You possess excellent strategic thinking skills, enabling you to develop comprehensive account plans that align with both customer goals and company objectives. In this role, you will manage approximately a dozen key accounts, developing and executing strategies for comprehensive account plans that drive customer success. You will lead enterprise prospects through their journey from initial consideration to successful deployment of AI solutions, ensuring they understand the deep impact these technologies can have on their business. Collaborating with solutions and research engineering teams, you will build and execute complex customer programs and projects, ensuring alignment with customer expectations and technical feasibility. Your role will involve identifying new business opportunities and nurturing existing relationships to maximize customer satisfaction and retention. You will also be responsible for compliance with job posting standards and ensuring that all customer interactions reflect OpenAI's commitment to ethical AI deployment.
