Adyen is hiring a Technical Support Engineer to provide first-line support to merchants globally. You'll work with the Adyen platform and APIs to ensure seamless payment processing. This role requires strong technical knowledge and excellent communication skills.
You have a strong technical background and are eager to learn about payment systems and APIs — your ability to communicate effectively with merchants will be key to your success in this role. As a Technical Support Engineer at Adyen, you will be the first point of contact for our merchants, assisting them with any technical issues they encounter while using our payment solutions. You will leverage your knowledge of the Adyen platform and industry-standard integration methods to provide effective support. Your role will involve collaborating with both technical and commercial teams to resolve issues and improve the overall merchant experience. You will also be responsible for documenting common issues and solutions to enhance our support processes.
