What you'll do

As a Technical Support Engineer at Adyen, you will be the first point of contact for our merchants, assisting them with any technical issues they encounter while using our payment solutions. You will leverage your knowledge of the Adyen platform and industry-standard integration methods to provide effective support. Your role will involve collaborating with both technical and commercial teams to resolve issues and improve the overall merchant experience. You will also be responsible for documenting common issues and solutions to enhance our support processes.
