Axon is hiring an Enterprise Sales Development Representative to drive the adoption of products and services in Enterprise markets. You'll partner with Strategic Account Executives to build effective sales strategies. This role is ideal for candidates with experience in Business Development and lead generation.

You are a motivated individual with a background in Business Development or Sales Support, particularly focused on lead generation. You thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to take ownership of your work while contributing to a mission that matters. You possess strong communication skills and a customer-focused mindset, allowing you to create delightful experiences for clients. You are creative and strategic in your approach, always looking for ways to improve the sales pipeline and drive results. You understand the importance of collaboration and work effectively with cross-functional teams, including Sales Operations and Marketing.

What you'll do

In this role, you will partner with Strategic Account Executives to develop and implement a sales pipeline strategy that targets Enterprise markets. You will be responsible for generating leads and building relationships with potential customers, ensuring that you understand their needs and how Axon's products can meet them. Your role will involve working closely with various teams to create a seamless customer experience and drive the adoption of our solutions.
