What you'll do

As a Technical Lead at 10Pearls, you will lead the design and development of scalable backend services and responsive front-end applications — your role will involve defining and enforcing engineering standards and architectural decisions that align with best practices. You will mentor and support engineers, helping them grow their skills and contribute effectively to the team.

Collaboration is key in this role; you will work closely with Product, Design, and QA teams throughout the development lifecycle — your insights will guide the team in delivering high-quality products that meet client needs. You will oversee the implementation of secure solutions, ensuring compliance with industry standards, particularly in finance-related environments.

You will also be responsible for driving the adoption of engineering best practices within the team — your leadership will help cultivate a culture of excellence and innovation, where team members feel empowered to share ideas and take ownership of their work.
