You excel in establishing product visions and strategies that align with organizational goals, particularly in the healthcare or biotech sectors.

You possess strong analytical skills, enabling you to define success metrics and evaluate the impact of product initiatives effectively. Your ability to communicate complex ideas clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders sets you apart. You thrive in collaborative environments and are adept at building relationships across various functions, including engineering, marketing, and business development.

Desirable

Experience in the biotech or pharmaceutical industry is a plus, as is familiarity with genetic data and its applications in health research. A background in user research and A/B testing will enhance your ability to drive product decisions based on user needs and market trends.

What you'll do

As the Data Product Manager Lead, you will be responsible for building enterprise data products that leverage 23andMe’s proprietary genetic data. You will collaborate with research leaders to establish a vision and strategy for product development, ensuring that the products meet the needs of external partners such as biotech companies and research institutions. Your role will involve creating detailed roadmaps, prioritizing product features, and communicating trade-offs to stakeholders.

You will define success metrics for product initiatives, measure their impact, and iterate on product features based on feedback and data analysis.
