Your proficiency with BI tools, particularly Tableau, allows you to create best practices and support a robust user community.

You are a strategic thinker who understands the importance of data architecture and governance in achieving organizational goals. Your ability to communicate effectively with C-level executives ensures that data-driven insights inform critical operational and strategic decisions. You thrive in collaborative environments, partnering with various stakeholders to enhance business intelligence capabilities.

Desirable

Experience with Sigma or similar BI tools is a plus. Familiarity with advanced data modeling techniques and data governance frameworks will set you apart. A background in the education sector or experience working with online learning platforms can be beneficial.

What you'll do

As the Senior Manager of Business Intelligence at 2U, you will lead a global team of 8-10 BI Developers, establishing the foundational data strategy necessary for mission-critical reporting. You will be responsible for translating complex business questions into robust, scalable data solutions that provide actionable insights. Your role will involve managing the product lifecycle of BI tools, primarily Tableau and Sigma, ensuring best practices are followed and fiscal responsibility is maintained.

You will collaborate closely with various business functions to influence project strategy and direction, ensuring that data-driven insights are integrated into decision-making processes. Your leadership will foster a culture of data literacy across the organization, empowering teams to leverage data effectively in their operations. You will also oversee the governance of data architecture, ensuring compliance with best practices and standards.
