You have 5+ years of experience in business intelligence or analytics, with a strong background in data analysis and reporting. What you'll do
In this role, you will lead the strategic initiatives for the Network Analytics team at Unity, focusing on the ads marketplace. You will analyze complex datasets using reporting and predictive statistics to extract meaningful insights that guide senior-level decision-making across the ads product portfolio. Your work will involve defining a scalable foundation and implementing frameworks and standards for analytics focused on network health and marketplace analytics. You will contribute to the team's strategic vision by helping to prioritize initiatives that align with Unity's overall business strategy.
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams, including product management, data science, engineering, and finance, to identify product opportunities for growth and address problem areas that can be tackled by various teams. Your role will require you to conduct deep-dive analyses and diagnostics of trend changes, providing actionable recommendations that drive success for Unity advertisers and publishers. You will also be responsible for presenting your findings and recommendations to senior leadership, ensuring that data-driven insights are at the forefront of decision-making processes.
