Who you are

You have a strong background in product management, ideally with experience in managing complex technical products within a marketplace environment. You understand the dynamics of both consumer and business needs, and you are adept at finding solutions that benefit both sides. Your experience includes working with cross-functional teams and leading projects from conception through to launch and maturity.

You are familiar with technical concepts, particularly in areas such as offer ranking and auction dynamics, and you have a keen interest in leveraging Machine Learning models to enhance product features. Your analytical mindset allows you to develop requirements and specifications that are informed by competitive positioning, customer feedback, and technical feasibility.

You possess excellent communication skills, enabling you to articulate product strategies and project statuses effectively across teams and stakeholders. You thrive in agile environments and are comfortable managing multiple moving parts while tracking progress towards milestones.

Desirable

Experience in the travel or hospitality industry would be a plus, as would familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools. A background in data analysis or user research can also enhance your ability to make informed product decisions.

What you'll do

As a Product Manager at TripAdvisor, you will own the product roadmap for the Hotels Product team, influencing the product strategy and ensuring alignment with business objectives. You will lead cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle, collaborating closely with engineering to deliver high-quality features on time.

You will be responsible for developing detailed product specifications and acceptance criteria based on user research and competitive analysis. Your role will involve actively contributing to OKR and roadmap planning, ensuring that the product evolves in line with market demands and user needs.

You will manage technical projects, keeping tabs on progress and communicating updates to stakeholders.
