360Learning is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager to drive pipeline creation through paid channels in North America. You'll manage ads for search and social, optimize conversion funnels, and collaborate with sales teams. This role requires experience in digital marketing and analytics.

Who you are

You have a strong background in performance marketing, with a focus on driving sales qualified opportunities through paid channels. Your experience includes creating and managing ads for search and social media platforms, ensuring that every campaign is optimized for maximum impact. You thrive in a fast-paced environment where you can take ownership of your projects and work autonomously to achieve aggressive targets.

You are data-driven and analytical, using tools like Google Analytics and Facebook Ads to monitor performance and make informed decisions. Your ability to define and manage budgets effectively allows you to allocate resources where they will have the most significant impact on pipeline creation. You understand the importance of collaboration and regularly follow up with Business Development Representatives to gather qualitative insights that inform your strategies.

What you'll do

In this role, you will own the performance marketing strategy for the North American market, focusing on creating a robust pipeline for the sales team. You will be responsible for designing and launching ads across various paid channels, including search engines and social media platforms. Your expertise in A/B testing will be crucial as you optimize every step of the conversion funnel, ensuring that potential customers are effectively guided through their journey.

You will work closely with the Demand Generation team, contributing to a culture of experimentation and collaboration. Your insights and data analysis will help shape future marketing strategies, allowing the team to continuously improve and adapt to market changes. You will also have the opportunity to lead exciting new experiments that push the boundaries of traditional marketing approaches.
