Job Description

Who you are

You have a strong background in digital marketing, particularly in managing paid channels to drive sales qualified opportunities. With experience in creating ads for search and paid social, you understand how to define and monitor channel budgets effectively. Your analytical mindset allows you to optimize every step of the conversion funnel, ensuring that your efforts translate into tangible results for the sales team.

You thrive in a high-performance environment where autonomy is encouraged. You are comfortable launching new experiments and collaborating with various departments to achieve aggressive pipeline goals. Your ability to follow up with Business Development Representatives (BDRs) to gather qualitative insights demonstrates your commitment to continuous improvement and data-driven decision-making.

What you'll do

As the Paid Marketing Manager, you will own the strategy for creating a robust pipeline through paid marketing channels in the North American market. Your primary responsibility will be to create and manage ads across search and social platforms, ensuring that they align with the overall marketing strategy. You will define and monitor budgets for each channel, making adjustments as necessary to maximize ROI.

You will work closely with the Demand Generation team to optimize the conversion funnel, leveraging data and insights to refine your approach continually. This includes analyzing campaign performance, identifying areas for improvement, and implementing changes to enhance effectiveness. Collaboration with BDRs will be key, as you will seek their feedback on the quality of leads generated and adjust your strategies accordingly.
