What you'll do

In this role, you will lead the technical roadmap for 360Learning, focusing on performance scalability and security — you will be accountable for ensuring that the architecture remains a reference in the SaaS industry. You will regularly refactor code and assist squads with their complex projects, ensuring that best practices are followed.

You will work closely with a high-level team of engineers, leveraging their expertise to tackle complex challenges — your role will involve analyzing and modeling intricate codebases while mentoring others in the process.
