You have a strong background in managing technical implementations, with experience in onboarding clients and translating their requirements into actionable setups. You thrive in collaborative environments, working across departments to ensure a seamless transition for new customers. Your project management skills are top-notch, allowing you to drive projects from kickoff to go-live effectively.

You possess a deep understanding of platform architecture and can define solutions based on learner personas and organizational structures. Your ability to facilitate integrations and work with APIs and third-party applications is essential in guiding customers through their onboarding journey. You are passionate about creating a supportive team culture where everyone can thrive and grow.

What you'll do

In this role, you will manage all phases of the implementation lifecycle, ensuring that new customers are onboarded smoothly. You will collaborate with Sales, Product, and Customer Success teams to understand client use cases and requirements, translating them into the setup and configuration of the 360Learning platform. Your responsibilities will include defining the platform architecture tailored to client needs and driving project management efforts to ensure timely and successful deployments.

You will facilitate integrations with various APIs and third-party applications, ensuring that clients have a seamless experience with their new learning platform. Your role will also involve coaching and mentoring your team members, fostering a culture of teamwork and support. You will be the go-to person for guiding customers through the onboarding process, ensuring they feel valued and empowered throughout their journey.
