Implementation Manager • Mid-Level

You have a strong background in project management, ideally with experience in client onboarding or implementation processes. What you'll do

As an Implementation Manager at Rundoo, you will project manage the full implementation process, overseeing the journey of getting clients live on our platform. This includes everything from the initial kickoff call post-contract signing to hardware ordering and setup, managing both live and asynchronous training sessions, and providing day-of go-live support. You will also offer 2-3 weeks of high-touch support post-go-live before handing off to the client success team. Your role will involve developing a deep understanding of each client’s unique needs and goals, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. You will collaborate closely with sales development and customer success teams to maximize client satisfaction and ensure successful transitions.
