Rundoo is hiring an Implementation Manager to oversee the client onboarding process and ensure a seamless experience. You'll build strong client relationships and collaborate with sales and customer success teams. This role requires project management skills and a deep understanding of client needs.

You have a strong background in project management, ideally with experience in client onboarding or implementation processes. You understand the importance of building strong relationships with clients and are skilled at offering personalized support to ensure their unique needs are met. You thrive in collaborative environments and enjoy working closely with sales and customer success teams to facilitate smooth transitions for clients. Your ability to communicate effectively and manage multiple tasks simultaneously makes you an ideal fit for this role.
What you'll do
As an Implementation Manager at Rundoo, you will project manage the full implementation process, overseeing the journey of getting clients live on our platform. This includes everything from the initial kickoff call post-contract signing to hardware ordering and setup, managing both live and asynchronous training sessions, and providing day-of go-live support. You will also offer 2-3 weeks of high-touch support post-go-live before handing off to the client success team. Your role will involve developing a deep understanding of each clientβs unique needs and goals, ensuring a seamless onboarding experience. You will collaborate closely with sales development and customer success teams to maximize client satisfaction and ensure successful transitions.
