Inspiren is hiring an Implementation Manager to lead product implementations across various locations in the US. You'll ensure a smooth customer experience with hardware and software delivery. This role requires strong project management skills and customer engagement.

Who you are
You have a strong background in project management, with experience leading multiple product implementations and ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process. Your ability to engage with customers and manage operational relationships is key to your success in this role. You understand the importance of driving hardware and software delivery while hitting project milestones and executing training effectively.
You thrive in a collaborative environment, working closely with operations, product support, and other key contractors to develop and implement project plans. Your attention to detail and commitment to meeting key performance indicators ensures that projects are completed on-time and on-cost, contributing to the overall success of the organization.
What you'll do
As an Implementation Manager at Inspiren, you will own the entire project lifecycle, starting from the sales handoff and initial scoping and planning through to implementation, training, and post-implementation support. You will develop and implement project plans that align with customer needs and organizational goals, ensuring that all stakeholders are informed and engaged throughout the process.
You will be responsible for driving the successful deployment of our integrated solutions within senior living facilities, capturing everything happening within a community. Your role will involve executing training sessions for customers and ensuring a smooth transition to the clinical success manager. You will also monitor project progress and address any challenges that arise, maintaining a focus on customer satisfaction and operational efficiency.
