You have over 5 years of experience in backend system or Agentic AI system development — you've designed and implemented complex systems that require a deep understanding of software architecture and distributed systems. Your proficiency in Java, Kotlin, Go, and Python allows you to navigate various programming environments with ease, and you have a strong grasp of object-oriented design principles and design patterns.

Your interest in intelligent systems, particularly in areas like Agentic AI and Multi-Agent Systems, drives your passion for developing innovative solutions. You are familiar with optimization logic and have experience integrating RESTful APIs, which enhances your ability to create seamless service integrations.

What you'll do

In this role, you will be responsible for designing and developing the core architecture and modules of the Agentic AI system for the UMOS platform. You will integrate AI-based routing, dispatching, and predictive models into operational logic, ensuring that the system can respond dynamically to changes in mobility and logistics environments.

You will implement software logic that enables real-time decision-making, enhancing the agent's capabilities through the use of knowledge graphs. Your work will involve designing and operating distributed systems to ensure the stability and scalability of the Agentic AI system.

Additionally, you will develop simulation and testing environments to validate the complex logic and decision-making processes of the Agentic AI system. Monitoring and analyzing the performance, behavior, and safety of the operational agent systems will also be part of your responsibilities, allowing you to refine and improve system performance continuously.
