Who you are

You have over 5 years of backend engineering experience, with a solid understanding of backend technologies such as Python, Java, Go, and Node.js. Your expertise includes database design and management, particularly with MySQL, PostgreSQL, and Redis, allowing you to create efficient and scalable systems. You possess a strong grasp of RESTful API design and development, enabling seamless integration of services. Your logical thinking and problem-solving skills empower you to tackle complex challenges effectively, and you communicate well with team members to foster collaboration.

You have a foundational understanding of large-scale system development and architecture design, which helps you contribute to the overall system's robustness. Familiarity with gRPC or stream-based communication methods like WebFlux and WebSocket enhances your ability to implement efficient data transfer solutions. Experience in cloud environments such as AWS or GCP is a plus, as it allows you to leverage cloud capabilities in your projects. You are also knowledgeable about microservices architecture and container technologies like Docker and Kubernetes, which are essential for modern software development.

What you'll do

In this role, you will design and develop features for the AI Intranet Service, focusing on enhancing the platform's capabilities. You will work on the design and development of frameworks and platforms for Agentic AI, ensuring that the integration of LLM functionalities is seamless and efficient. Your responsibilities will include designing databases for LLM integration and developing service APIs that facilitate communication between internal and external services. You will collaborate closely with your team to ensure that the solutions you create meet the needs of users and stakeholders.

You will actively participate in discussions about how technology can transform people's mobility experiences, addressing challenges in daily transportation and logistics. Your contributions will help shape the future of AI-driven services, making a significant impact on the industry. You will also be involved in code reviews and mentoring junior engineers, sharing your knowledge and expertise to help them grow in their careers.
