Who you are

You have 5-10 years of experience in physical security operations, specifically in establishing security systems and managing security infrastructure for facilities. Your background includes hands-on experience with security equipment installation and operational processes, ensuring that security protocols are effectively implemented and maintained.

You possess a solid understanding of construction project management, including interior design, electrical, and fire safety aspects. Your experience includes overseeing construction projects related to new builds, relocations, and renovations, ensuring that all work aligns with security requirements and standards.

You are proficient in using design software such as AutoCAD, allowing you to contribute to the planning and design phases of construction projects. Your ability to communicate effectively in business-level English enables you to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

What you'll do

As the Construction & Physical Security Manager, you will lead the planning and execution of construction projects for domestic and international offices and R&D centers. This includes managing interior construction, facility upgrades, and ensuring compliance with security standards throughout the project lifecycle.

You will be responsible for the installation and operation of security systems, including access control and video surveillance. Your role will involve developing and implementing security incident response processes, ensuring that the organization is prepared to handle any security breaches effectively.

You will manage security personnel and coordinate with contractors to ensure that all security measures are in place during construction activities. Additionally, you will conduct vulnerability assessments and implement improvements to enhance the overall security posture of the organization.
